1. Cavender’s Salt-Free Greek Seasoning

Growing up, my mom put the OG Cavender’s seasoning on EVERYTHING — MSG and all. Thankfully, you can now get a salt-free variation of the nearly 50-year-old classic Greek seasoning, made in the Ozark mountains in northwest Arkansas since 1970. It somehow tastes like it has salt — but not in a fake way.

2. Mrs. Dash

If Mrs. Butterworth has the maple syrup game cornered, consider Mrs. Dash her spice cabinet counterpart. This is the salt-free seasoning that started it all, and it’s stuck around for a reason — it’s delicious. There’s now a whole line of Mrs. Dash products, so you’ll have so much variety you’ll hardly miss the salt.

3. Everything But the Salt Seasoning

We all know that the cult of the Trader Joe’s Everything but the Bagel seasoning is real. But what if you want to sacrifice the salt? Daks will take care of you. Enjoy the flavor-packed profile of an everything bagel, with everything but salt. Sprinkle liberally on eggs, avocado, meat, salads, popcorn, and more.
