(Good news: It’s back in stock right now !) Then last month, the direct-to-consumer brand delighted us once again, this time with a seasoned version of their uber-popular Blue Carbon Steel Wok . What makes this wok so special? Made In layers the pan with American flaxseed oil and then bakes it at high heat to create a glass-like surface that gets more stick resistant over time. Translation: You can use it right out of the box, no heat-treating required.

Priced at $124, Made In’s wok has a flat bottom that’s compatible with any kind of stovetop (even glass!). And since it’s a roomy 12 inches, it’s perfect for whipping up a batch of stir-fry veggies, delicious fried rice, braised fish, pan-fried tofu, steamed veggies or dumplings, smoked meat, deep-fried Southern-style chicken … you get the idea.

The pan also has Made In’s signature curved handle that makes it easy to grip and toss things around. But the biggest selling point is that the blue carbon steel material that can handle high heat and is an absolute joy to cook with ( just ask food editor Meghan ).

If history has taught us anything, we recommend you snag this one ASAP before it sells out again… and again… and again.
