I Tried the Cool, New Cleaning Solution That’s All Over Instagram
published NowI like to think that I’m not easily influenced, but when it comes to beautiful cleaning supplies, I don’t have much self-control. I first encountered Blueland , an eco-friendly cleaning brand, on Instagram. The kit was vouched for by one of my go-to cleaning influencers, so I figured I could trust it to clean my house, too. I ordered The Clean Suite , which costs $83 and comes with multi-surface, bathroom, and glass cleaners, plus hand, laundry, and two types of dish soap.
Buy NowThe first thing I noticed while unpacking the products? The bottles look just as beautiful as they do on the ‘gram (which makes perfect sense, considering the whole point is to refill the bottles with product rather than toss them and buy something else). They are the type of bottles you could display on your counter, not hide in a cabinet or closet. (Which I imagine would make one more likely to clean!) I also liked the functionality — the color-coded, labeled bottles make it easy to grab what you need in a hurry.
Now, for the actual cleaning part. I’ll admit: At first, I was unsure about whether or not the tablets would actually do their job. It felt like a fun science experiment — you drop the accompanying tabs in the bottle after adding water, then wait for them to dissolve. I tried all the spray products, and I’m happy to report they do just as great a job at cleaning as the alternative brands I had in my cleaning stash. I’ve been using the multi-surface cleaner daily with a microfiber cloth on my counters and kitchen table, and I’d venture to say it works even better than the cleaner I usually use.

All the other products did exactly what they said they would (and looked good doing it). But my absolute favorite product of the bundle is the dish powder . It comes in a pretty soft bottle with little openings at the top, so I just shake a tiny bit on a dirty pan or dish and scrub away with a brush or sponge. I usually use liquid dish soap, but I like this setup a lot better — and not just because it looks awesome by the sink! The grit from the powder cleans stuck-on food beautifully and, yes, the powder still produces a satisfying sud!
My Blueland verdict: I give it 5/5 stars. An eco-friendly, waste-reducing line that also happens to clean super well? And is so pretty, it actually makes me want to clean? Yes, please ! I’ll be refilling my bottles ASAP!
