If you thought Ina Garten was only the master of holidays that revolve around seated feasts like Thanksgiving , Christmas, Passover, and Easter , then you haven’t been paying attention — after all, she crushes Halloween each year. This year, she took on Memorial Day the way she does Thanksgiving, with a week-long Instagram slow drip of all the recipes on her menu. Now, you can find the whole slate of them on the front page of her website for easy access .

As she noted on her Instagram this week, she started in the food business 43 years ago, when she first opened the Barefoot Contessa in the Hamptons, which means that she has a whole lot of experience — and a ton of her own cookbooks — from which to pull the exact right recipes for the upcoming long weekend. Each of the chosen dishes comes from one of her books, but she also posts them on her website, just in case your Ina library is not complete.

Ina kicked off the week and the menu with a post about her smashed hamburgers with caramelized onions , which come from her most recent book, Modern Comfort Food . Her next post suggested side dishes , which include a rainbow-colored vegetable coleslaw with two kinds of cabbage, carrots, and kale, from The Barefoot Contessa Cookbook and her maple baked beans Barefoot Contessa at Home . Finally, she dropped the dessert : red berry shortcakes with honey yogurt from Cook Like a Pro .

Basically, she’s set you up for a slam dunk of a Memorial Day meal, especially because she also put together the ultimate dance party soundtrack for your dinner. It’s up on Spotify and Apple Music and features classics like Hot Fun in the Summertime , Sittin’ on the Dock of the Bay , and Let the Good Times Roll .
