If you’ve ever thought to yourself “I sure wish my house smelled like meatballs right now,” then you’re in luck. In addition to affordable furnishings and cheap eats, IKEA is now offering a limited-edition meatball-scented candle because, well, why not? The real question, honestly, is: What took so long?!
IKEA has garnered plenty of praise for its Swedish meatballs , sold hot in the food court, and frozen for making at home. (IKEA’s Swedish meatballs are so popular, a plant-based meatless meatball came out a few years ago so that even those who don’t eat meat can get in on the fun.) And the innovation keeps on coming. Now, you can have your house smelling like IKEA meatballs, even when it’s not mealtime, thanks to this new HUVUDROLL candle.
If you’re a meatball enthusiast and you want to get your hands on the HUVUDROLL candle, then listen up. The Swedish giant has a free loyalty program called IKEA Family , which is celebrating its 10-year anniversary. The candle is part of an “IKEA Store in a Box” promotion that’s running from August 6th through the 22nd. According to the company, this box “brings together the sensory experiences of visiting an IKEA store all in one compact box.”
Sadly, you can’t just go online or to a store and buy a box (or a candle). You have to be an IKEA Family member (but again, it’s free to join and it does get you special discounts and perks!) and you have to enter to win a box . The good news: You can enter anytime during the promotion for a chance to win.
