Amazon’s Handmade Section Includes Tons of Cozy Candles, Mugs, and Other Unique Fall Finds
published about 2 hours agoAmazon is known for being a great resource for fast delivery, stellar deals on small kitchen appliances , and even game-changing vacuum cleaners . But did you know it’s also a treasure trove for handmade goods from small-scale producers?
Amazon’s Handmade section is one of our favorite go-to’s for unique seasonal decor. With the start of #sweaterweather and #soupseason upon us, we’ve picked out some of the sweetest, coziest, loveliest fall items for sale right now. Hint: They’d even make great holiday gifts if you’re the plan-ahead type.
With a 40-hour burn time, this soy candle will make your kitchen smell like an apple cider factory mixed with a cinnamon forest. There are other seasonal scents available — including cinnamon rolls, autumn wreath, and “flannel,” which we hope smells as good as this LL Bean picture looks. You really can’t go wrong, though; each candle is poured in the U.S. and comes in a chic glass jar that doubles as decor.
Your mug deserves cute fall sweaters, too. This hand-crocheted cozy is made to fit all standard-size mugs, keeping your beverages toasty and your hands protected. We love that this small-scale shop also takes custom orders, so if you’ve got a specific design — or size – in mind, all you have to do is send a message.
This campfire-style mug is a must for any sassy witch with a sense of humor. It’s sized at 12-ounces (but an 18-ounce size is also available) and printed with eco-friendly inks. Do you need this mug? If you agree with this 5-star review, then the answer is YES: “I love fall & Halloween! So this was a must-have for me!”
These ceramic serving dishes are so unique. Each one in the set of five is made using an impression from a real hydrangea leaf, so the patterning looks true to life. They’re just the right size for appetizers and hand-glazed with gorgeous fall hues. This seller is the real deal, putting care and attention into each piece.
Gotta love a waffle weave. This style of kitchen towel is ultra-absorbent, making it ideal for drying hands or dishes. Printed with the cutest motley crew of watercolor pumpkins, we’re pretty sure that this is mandatory fall decor. The image is dye-transferred, which means it won’t fade or rub off after washing and drying. As one five-star reviewer noted, they are “even prettier in person.”
Escape to the wilderness! Bring whiskey! These beautiful rocks glasses are the perfect gift for the nature-loving bourbon or rye drinker in your life (Even if said nature-loving bourbon drinker is yourself). Featuring a silhouetted forest scene, they’re printed by hand in a small Colorado shop. Also of note: A portion of all proceeds are donated to the National Parks Foundation.
This 8-ounce hand-poured soy candle hits all the right notes: bacon, brown liquor, and cozy vibes. It’s an unexpected combination of scents, which makes it perfect for gifting… or for tricking guests into thinking you’ve been cooking a roast all afternoon long. Light this one during a chilly fall evening and pour yourself a glass of bourbon for the perfect “pairing.”
Felt coasters are genius because they won’t scratch your tabletop surfaces and they’re naturally absorbent (see ya, spills and condensation stains). This set of four red maple leaves is obviously ideal for cozy season — one reviewer noted they’re great as part of an autumn-themed table setting — but we’d happily use them all year long. Fall is a state of mind!
