This 3-Ingredient Stew Uses a Fan-Favorite Soup from Trader Joe’s
published NowI’m one of those people who eats soup year-round — even when the temperature outside hits triple digits. Soup has been my go-to meal for years when I’m minding my budget and pressed for time (my favorite is a chunky lentil soup from Trader Joe’s that costs less than $5!).
With the extra time I had on my hands during the pandemic, though, I finally invested in a Vitamix blender to step up my soup game. Quickly after that purchase, I discovered that the best way to get in and out of the kitchen without putting a big dent in my wallet was to search for “ soup recipes with five ingredients or fewer” or Instant Pot recipes like a fresh tomato summer soup .
Which is why I was so excited to see an easy gnocchi stew from Caroline Chambers on Instagram. Just in time for fall cooking, the Just Married cookbook author — who is known for her store-bought product hacks and quick recipes — recently shared the three-ingredient stew recipe with her followers.
An excited Instagram follower commented, “*heads to TJ now* 🤤,” and I think I’ll do the same to make this stew tonight! If you’re also interested in making this soup, check out the recipe below.
