11 New Trader Joe’s Items That Just Hit Stores

There (still) aren’t a lot of places to go these days, so when I mask up for a trip to Trader Joe’s it feels like a special occasion. The main event? Stopping by the New Items display, that every so often (more often than seems humanly possible, actually) gets swapped out with fun new finds.
It turns out, I’m not alone in this habit. There are a whole bunch of Instagrammers who scour their local TJ’s and subsequently share what’s new. Here are a few new finds to keep an eye out for the next time you take one of those red carts for a whirl.
1. Organic Banana Fruit Spread, $2.49
Banana spread seems like something that might sit on your shelf … until you consider all the possibilities. Imagine what this would taste like once spread on toast with some Nutella?!
2. Crispy Crunchy Spicy Mochi Rice Nuggets, $2.99
Swipe through the carousel for a video of what these mochi rice nuggets (a spicy version of the original) look like inside the bag!
3. Atlantic Salmon with Lemon Herb Butter
OK guys, this is simply ingenious. TJ’s takes all the guesswork out of dinner by packaging this salmon along with herbed butter buttons. Find it in the frozen aisle.
4. Blood Orange Cake Mix, $3.69
In addition to this Blood Orange Cake Mix, the store is also selling blood orange tea, blood orange seltzer, and blood orange soda. Are you sensing a theme here?
5. Ground Fermented Black Garlic
Right after I rounded up Trader Joe’s all-time best garlicky groceries , the store went and came out with a brand new one: Ground Fermented Black Garlic. Has anyone tried it yet? Should I add it to the list?

6. Plant Folk Coconut Creamer
Natasha of @TraderJoesList spotted this Plant Folk Coconut Creamer and plans to test it out in her “Ultimate Froth Off.” I personally can’t wait to see who wins …
7. Garlic Sauce Thai Noodles
Mercedes Davis of @BlackGirlsinTraderJoes spotted TJ’s new Thai Noodle bowls and got one of each flavor. I personally want to get my hands on the Peanut Satay.
8. Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Blossom & Multi-Floral Honey
This gorgeously packaged honey is the perfect sweet treat to usher in springtime. Seriously,
9. Bolognese Style Pasta Sauce
You guys, Trader Joe’s has done it: They now sell a shelf-stable meat sauce, for all of your quick dinner needs!
10. Almond Butter Almonds
According to Dee, these are so good you should “grab 3 bags.” I trust her recommendations with my life, which is why I’m running to TJ’s ASAP to get my hands on this super meta snack.
11. Breaded Fried Ravioli
As soon as she spotted these on Instagram, Lifestyle Director Lisa Freedman texted me that we NEED to do a taste test. Once I get a bag, I will report back. But it’s a breaded and fried ravioli … what could be bad?!
