This year, more than ever, spring felt so long-awaited. And we welcomed it with open arms this month! With the weather finally getting nicer, plus a glimmer of hope in the air (thanks to the vaccine), we celebrated April by feeding ourselves well.

We published lots of great new recipes this past month, but you definitely had your favorites. Dinners like spinach artichoke orzotto , Instant Pot chicken tacos , and a veggie-loaded stuffed pepper skillet were a hit, as were many of our new potato recipes (because when are potatoes ever a bad side dish move?).
