This Is the Absolute Fastest Way to Make Banana Bread

After the past 15+ months we’ve all been through, I would wager to guess that there is now a large conglomerate of people who can bake a loaf of banana bread with their eyes closed. Aside from sourdough, banana bread was the stress-baking treat of choice. We even went as far as to declare it “ the official comfort food of the pandemic .” But now that vaccines are here and our social calendars are starting to fill up once again, said stress-baking is likely dwindling. (And so is our banana bread consumption.)
When all is said and done, the decline of stress-baking is a good thing. (It means we’re less stressed!) But does this mean our banana bread muscles are going to atrophy?
