Here Are 4 Weeks of Whole30 Meal Plans

Completing a couple of rounds of Whole30 taught me a lot, like how to make small tweaks to cook the food I actually want to eat , and what the best Whole30 coffee creamer is (I still use it today!). Perhaps most importantly, though, I learned from experience that making a meal plan and keeping a roster of easy, delicious Whole30 recipes on deck made feeding myself much more manageable.

To help set you up for success, here are four weeks of Whole30 meal plans, including helpful tips and guides for meal prep. Follow the plans as written, or mix and match recipes for a plan that fits your needs.

1. A Week of Easy Whole30 Meals

Not only does this plan set you up with a week of compliant meals from breakfast through dinner, like chicken slaw , cauliflower fried rice with Kalua pork , and turkey meat sauce with zucchini noodles , but it also guides you through meal prep to minimize weekday cooking.

2. How I Prep a Week of Whole30 Meals for 2

From a breakfast frittata to a creamy pot of cauliflower soup (without any cream, of course) to a stir-fry , this satisfying meal plan sets you up with a week of easy compliant meals, and does a great job of repurposing leftovers without eating the same meals all week. The plan also walks you through step-by-step meal prep if you want to get a head-start.
