Trader Joe’s, with its friendly staff and exciting new products, is one of my favorite grocery stores. At TJ’s I can stock up on snacks, sweets, and all of the grocery essentials I need to feed my family each week without making an extra stop. Trader Joe’s has high-quality fresh foods in addition to time-saving shortcuts on every aisle. If you’re looking for a little meal-planning inspiration, there’s no better place to start than Trader Joe’s. Here are four weeks of easy dinners that all start with a full cart from Trader Joe’s.

1. Meal Prep a Week of Trader Joe’s Meals in 90 Minutes

This meal plan is complete with fast (and delicious!) breakfasts, grab-and-go lunches, and family-friendly dinners that hit the table in a flash. Planning two options for both breakfast and lunch is a smart strategy for fighting meal-prep fatigue, but won’t add much extra time to the schedule. There’s a dinner for all appetites this week, from hearty Falafel Salads to the hands-down favorite, Orange Chicken Fried Rice .

2. Easy $100 Trader Joe’s Meal Plan for Four

The best meal plans are easy, affordable, and include smart shortcuts that don’t short-change flavor. This meal plan hits every one of these targets, and only takes 90 minutes to prep. For breakfast, choose between chocolate croissants, breakfast tacos , or overnight oats , then make a filling bowl meal made from Trader Joe’s famous salad kits. Dinners are where Trader Joe’s smart shortcuts shine in meals like Slow Cooker Meatball Parm and fish tacos with a crunchy cabbage slaw .

3. Budget Trader Joe’s Weekly Meal Plan for $50

When there are just two people at the table for dinner, doing the math to divide every recipe takes more brain power than we’ve got some nights. This is the perfect plan for feeding fewer people on a budget without sacrificing quality. Trader Joe’s has some of the best-tasting pantry staples, like beans, tortillas, oats, and pizza dough. And yes, pizza dough counts as a staple when you use it weekly! Use these wholesome ingredients to make chili , lentil soup , and tasty Sweet Potato Fajitas .

4. A Week of 5-Ingredient Dinners from Trader Joe’s

If you’re on autopilot for breakfasts and lunches, then what you need is a lineup of easy dinners for the week. This dinner plan couldn’t get any easier because not only does everything you need come from a single store (Trader Joe’s, of course), but each recipe also needs just five ingredients or fewer. Heat up comforting Crispy Sweet Potato Gnocchi one night, dig into a Shwarma Chicken Hummus Bowl on another, and Warm Sesame Brussels Sprouts and Lentil Salad to round out the week.
