This New Mashup from Reese’s Is the Sweet and Salty Combo You’ve Been Waiting For

published Now

With Halloween just a few days away, you may still be on the hunt for a few treats (and tricks!) to pass out for the spooktastic event. Though there are plenty of traditional candies you can pick up to fill the baskets and buckets of everyone who rings your doorbell, if you’re looking for something that will keep them talking all year long, passing out the new Reese’s Big Cups with Potato Chips may do exactly that.

Featuring a combination of iconic Reese’s peanut butter cups and rippled potato chips, this all-treat-and-no-tricks mashup is as real as it gets. Revealing in the product’s description that the brand is “on a mission to show the world that EVERYTHING tastes better with chocolate and peanut butter,” the new snack is riddled with claims of being the “ultimate sweet and salty snack moment.”

Of course, this isn’t the legendary peanut butter cup purveyor’s first foray into the sweet and salty mixture lane. Last November, the Hershey’s brand also released Reese’s Big Cup with Pretzels for fans to fall in love with. And, with that one being a huge success with fans, I wouldn’t be surprised if this one was the same.

Though there’s no concrete date of when the new Reese’s Big Cup with Potato Chips will be released, when they do arrive, they’ll be available in three sizes — a single 1.3-ounce cup package, a 2.6-ounce King Size package, and in 2.6-ounce 16-count boxes. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get our hands on them before Halloween, but if not, you’re sure to get (peanut butter) brownie points with everyone for the rest of the year when you pull these out.
